Ruth Keating

Ruth Keating is Dublin based illustrator and origami artist originally from Kilkenny. From a crafty family, Ruth has been making things from the start and will try her hand at just about any artistic pursuit. Influenced by her love for children’s literature and illustration, her drawings have a touch of dark humour, a little cheeky, but sweet.
Ruth shares her home with two complicated cats, who’s shady attitudes inspired these illustrations. They feature bad cats, kitties who have taken an inadvisable turn in life, general wrong ‘uns! Check out her Black Metal cat, a tripped out psychedelic puss, and a few more who just don’t give AF.
